Spotlight on Guilds
Guilds are big and a great ways to make friends or just start up an entire group of PIRATES!
So here's 3 tips to start up your guild!
1. If you're a first time guildmaster (Like I was) get a post it note out and write down some possible names you have for the guild name.
2. Tell people that they're good for them to join the guild, start off with a hello, walk up to them while they're fighting then when they are done say "You're good! You should join my guild." And there is a 95% chance they will join!
3. When the name of the guild is approved you're more likely to get more requests each day, but also try inviting people to your crew and make friends with them, even if they are already in a guild 40% of people leave their guilds to join a friend's guild.
Now that we've covered those 3 tips, we're going to tell you how to run you're guild!
When you are running you're guild you want high leveled members, the only problem is that most of these High Leveled members already HAVE GUILDS, an easy way to start off you're guild is just get low level members (Level 1 - 20) once you've done that and have a few people HIGHER than level 20 then start making you're group expectations higher, then you're smaller members will begin getting their Notoriety up so then you'll recruit MORE smaller members so they grow with the group. You can host events like Meetings, Invasion Gatherings and stuff like that to make the Guild more fun!
That's all for this week's Spotlight!
